AUDITION INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in singing with Allegrezza. If you would like to audition for our upcoming season, please fill out the audition request form and read all of the information below carefully. Do not forget to download the excerpts for your audition. We will contact you to schedule your audition ASAP. 

Allegrezza is a community chorus. It does not pay its singing members to perform with the organization.

Please be ready for your audition with the following: ​

Prepare a solo in the genre of your choice.
Select material that shows off your voice. Please bring a copy of the music in a binder for the pianist. This piece must be with piano accompaniment.

Please download and prepare both excerpts below.
Prepare both audition excerpts. The pianist will have music for these pieces on hand. You do not need to bring copies for the pianist. In the excerpts:
- Sopranos sing Soprano 1
- Altos sing Alto 1
- Tenors sing Tenor 1
- Bass/baritones sing Bass 2 when the parts split

You may also be asked to do some vocalizing in addition to your prepared solo and excerpts.
